The Ayer Pharmaceutical Building combines living, commercial and art gallery spaces to form a true multi-use development. Located at 181 Market Street in downtown Lowell, the structure was the first building in Lowell to be developed as luxury loft space. This project launched a movement that continues throughout the city today.
